Shipping

Shipping costs will be shown at checkout. However, for the same postage costs, a maximum of. The same shipping costs will be charged for a package of up to 8 pcs. This is worth taking advantage of, for example, as a group order. You will receive a notification from the Post Office by SMS when the parcel has arrived.

Delivery

Plates are delivered by letter or parcel to your local post office.

We reserve the right to change the delivery terms.

Liabilities

We manufacture the product according to the customer's order. If the product cannot be manufactured directly, e.g. too many characters that do not fit on the plate, we will contact the customer. The customer is responsible for the authorization of the imprint and the right of use.

Omakilpi Oy is not responsible for damage to the product due to improper use or storage, e.g. scratching or bending.

Omakilpi's liability is limited to the maximum price of the product.

Cancelling an order

We will inform our customers by email or phone if the delivery time is different from normal or if the product cannot be delivered. If a replacement cannot be made, we will refund the customer's account after the order is cancelled.

We also reserve the right to cancel the order.

Refund policy

Custom-made plates are not returnable (Finnish Law Consumer Protection Act 6§). In case of complaints or questions regarding product defects, please contact us by e-mail info@omakilpi.fi. As a rule, the defect will be corrected with a new corresponding product for the customer.

In case of damage in transit, the customer must immediately file a damage report with the Post Office and provide us with a copy of the damage report and a photo of the damaged product. We will then deliver a new product to replace the damaged one.
