Shipping costs will be shown at checkout. However, for the same postage costs, a maximum of. The same shipping costs will be charged for a package of up to 8 pcs. Plates are delivered by letter or parcel to your local post office.

Liabilities

We manufacture the product according to the customer's order. If the product cannot be manufactured directly, e.g. too many characters that do not fit on the plate, we will contact the customer. The customer is responsible for the authorization of the imprint and the right of use.

Omakilpi Oy is not responsible for damage to the product due to improper use or storage, e.g. scratching or bending.

Omakilpi's liability is limited to the maximum price of the product.

Cancelling an order

We will inform our customers by email or phone if the delivery time is different from normal or if the product cannot be delivered. If a replacement cannot be made, we will refund the customer's account after the order is cancelled.

We also reserve the right to cancel the order.
